CEO's Message

Teaching and learning are crucial elements to education, but they are irrelevant if discipline and strategies are missing, and classrooms are so disruptive teachers can't teach.

Clemtec's responsibility is to understand educational issues, and provide discipline and behavior management strategies, that change students' undisciplined behavior. We know strategies, innovations, and discipline reduces "school drop outs".Drop outs from school are a disturbing factor in our nation. Students who graduate are better equipped to make a contribution to society.

For us, our highest priority is a child's (student's)need. Our goal is to solve behavior problems and provide solutions that makes differences in the lives of students. We are committed to changing disruptive behaviors, improving classroom environments, and providing help, knowledge, and scholarships to reformed yet "overlooked students" without publicity or fanfare. A child's need, (student) and truth and service has been our priority for 57 years and it still is today.

We go to schools and classrooms everyday to protect one of our most fundamental values--the education of our children. We are involved with not just the well behaved, but the disruptive, disrespectful, bullying, and undisciplined--all of our children deserve an education, and we provide strategies to make that possible. There is no perfect discipline and behavior management program, but our strategies make you think there is,why? Because we solve almost all classroom discipline problems.
